Family Vacation Planning
Your family wants to take a big trip, but one person always ends up pulling their hair out being “the planner.” This is where I come in…. remember, I’m virtual and I don’t have to see anyone at the next Thanksgiving dinner. You, I, and any other travelers who want to express their opinion will schedule a phone call to get help me understand what type of vacation everyone wants, potential war starters, and the overall family dynamics. From there, I will send out a survey to each family unit and gather their wish lists for the trip. I can help book any travel, arrange any activities, and collect funds. I will also provide an individualized itinerary to all paying attendees and a general itinerary/packing list for all attendees. Prices are broken out per individual, per couple, and per family unit. Add-ons are available and groups of 20 or more can opt to receive guided on-site services from me while traveling.
Bachelor/ette Party Planning
Your bestie is getting married and you want to throw a bash. However, wrangling everyone to actually plan this party. Plus, no one wants to be the bad guy, asking the tough questions that involve money. This is where I come in…. remember, I’m virtual and I don’t have to share a room with anyone or attend any showers with them. You, the bride/groom, and I will schedule a phone call to get a vibe of what you want for this celebration, potential “problem children” on the invite list, and what you need for me to be the bad guy about. I can help book any travel, arrange any activities, collect funds, and order any decor/outfits. I will also provide an itinerary and a packing list to all attendees. Package is customized, dependent on client needs and budget.
Notification Clean-Up
Text and email notifications gone wild and need a little help getting it under control? This package is a great starter to determine if you would like a virtual assistant or just take some stress off your shoulders. You and I will schedule a phone call, so I can get to know what holds you back and how I can best organize your digital contacts. $150 Package includes: 30-minute introductory call and up to 2 hours of notification clean up. Additional hours after two will be billed separately.
Email Maintenance
You have gotten your emails in order, but need some help on an ongoing basis. Based on your specific needs, this service will include daily, weekly, or monthly check-ups. Additionally, you can add on my prioritization service. Package is customized, dependent on client needs and budget.

Emails are easy to get out of control and difficult to reign in. This package takes your email and hones it down so you are getting the emails you want and need. You and I will schedule a phone call, so I can get to know your habits and current system. Then, I will tackle your various inboxes so they can become more manageable. You will be left with a system that is more easily controlled. $260 Package includes: 30-minute introductory call and up to 4 hours of notification clean up. Additional hours after four will be billed separately.
Small Business Marketing
You’re a rockstar who found a product or service people need and, more importantly, want! You’re an expert at what you do, but aren’t sure how to get the word out. Let me put together a marketing plan for you, with the steps to implement it. Small businesses can’t always afford the fancy-schmancy advertising agencies, but my consulting starts at a one-time fee with options for continued service. $350 Package includes: 30-minute introductory call and a proposed marketing plan (up to 6 hours of work) with a multi-layered approach. Continued services will be negotiated based on client needs and budget.
